day to customers and partners with current support
contracts. Using our portal, a Navis customer can
submit, track and close support requests online.

Once logged on, be sure to search our expansive
knowledge base called Articles. Our Content section
contains useful information such as product release
notes, documentation and software releases and
patches for download. You may also subscribe to
specific Content using Subscriptions and be notified
when Content is updated. Finally join the Navis
Community by submitting enhancement requests to
Ideas or participate by asking a question via Answers.
